How has being a GSF (or Women's Studies) graduate from Duke helped shape you personally and/or professionally?

"I apply a feminist lens to my scholarship and administrative duties. I am affiliate faculty in PSU's Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies Department, and I sit on the WGSS governing board. The relationships I've built there have been essential to my professional development."

What advice would you give students in Duke's Gender, Sexuality & Feminist Studies programs?

"Studying in the Gender, Sexuality & Feminist Studies program can help you reframe the way you see the world and your place in it. This can impact everything from the career you choose to how you interact with colleagues, widening GS&FS's impact and extending your own learning to others."
