Class of 2026
Major in Gender, Sexuality & Feminist Studies
I am a Gender, Sexuality & Feminist Studies student on the pre-med track here at Duke! I believe that my coursework in GSF provides a crucial understanding of the sociocultural influences on health and allows me to understand people, especially women, on a deeper level. Outside of the classroom, you can find me working in a lab studying carnivorous plants or planning cool events as the president of Duke's GSF Student Union. I love exploring Durham and working out at Pure Barre on Ninth Street!
Favorite Class: Politics of Motherhood with Dr. Jennifer Nash was incredible! The content was varied and always deeply fascinating, from Momfluencers to breastfeeding to Black motherhood in America.
