Bailey Sanders


Bailey Sanders is a Ph.D candidate with a specialization in legislative studies, women and politics, and race and politics. In her dissertation she explores the potential factors behind bipartisan behavior, with a particular focus on descriptive representatives' potential to serve as partisan "bridges" in the legislative process. Prior to her doctoral studies she studied Political Science at the University of Georgia and International Relations at the University of Alabama. To learn more visit her website at
